How to Pre-Order:

2. Select your chosen plush toy—PenPen (Blue) or Pendy (Pink)
3. Click “Buy it now” to be redirected to the Customer Information page and completely fill out the form.
4. For the delivery information, choose from the list of MINISO stores indicated in the description for the pickup location or check out the list here
5. Payment must be made via online transaction only, not cash on delivery.
6. A confirmation message will be received via email or text message once order is placed.
7. After checkout, message us on Miniso Philippines’ Facebook page and provide the following details: customer’s name, order number, name to be embroidered on the plush toy (maximum of 10 characters only), and selected MINISO pickup store location.
8. A notification message will be sent via email or text message once your order is prepared and ready for pickup.
9. Target delivery to your chosen MINISO store will be 1st week of February. Kindly expect delays for VISMIN pickup stores.
