Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions will apply to all goods purchased from Miniso Philippines (“We”, “Our” or “Us”) through our Call and Collect/Deliver service.

Products, Pricing and Specifications

We do our best to provide you with an accurate description of the products featured in our catalogues, website and social media pages (collectively, the "Products"), but we cannot assure you that such description, color, information or other content available are accurate, complete, reliable, current or free from error. Some Product descriptions may include weight, measurements and other descriptions, but they are just approximate figures provided for your convenience only. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of the Products, including the available colors. However, the color you see in the catalogue, website and social media pages may differ from the actual color, depending on your mobile device, computer system, monitor, and/or other display features.

We may, at any time, change the price and other specifications of the Products

Restrictions, Limitations or Conditions of Purchase

We may, without prior notice, limit the quantities sold through our Call and Collect/Deliver service, to cancel any order at any time, and/or to refuse service to any customer. We will notify you through the email address or contact number you provided for any cancellation or change status in your order. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.


All prices indicated in our catalogue, website and social media pages are in Philippine Peso. The following payment options are available for your convenience:

1.) Pre-payment (Credit or Debit Card)

Most major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express, are accepted. When you pay using your credit or debit card, you will be redirected to another website owned and operated by an independent payment gateway service provider, which shall collect and process your financial information pursuant to its own terms and own policies.

2.) Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD transactions, cash payment will be collected by the courier contracted by us. The courier service will release the order to you upon acceptance of your payment. We may set certain limitations on the use of COD for any purpose.

If you fail to make any payment pursuant to the payment method selected or payment is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, we will cancel the order and suspend delivery of the Products until payment is made in full.

Shipping, Delivery and Store Pickup Limitations

After an order is placed and payment is made, you have the following delivery options:

  • Delivery
    We have engaged independent service providers to deliver the Products to your designated address. To avoid delay or cancellation of delivery, you have to ensure that you are compliant with the independent service provider’s shipping restrictions and its terms and conditions.  If you will not be personally available to receive your delivery, please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to an authorized representative for timely releasing of your order.
  • Store Pickup

Products purchased which are for store pick-up are subject to the store/branch’s pick-up guidelines and restrictions.

Delays may unfortunately occur due to high volume of orders, logistics limitations, geographic restrictions, inclement weather and other instances that are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to prepare your orders and have them ready for your pick up or deliver them the soonest we can.

Return and Exchange Policy

Return and exchange of Products are subject to our Return and Exchange Policy.

We would like to inform you that you may return and exchange items under the following conditions:

  • Return and exchange is within a period of 7 days from date of receipt of item
  • Accompanied by the original receipt, and
  • Item is unused, in its original packaging with swing tags and box intact
  • Original Shipping cost and return shipping fee cost will not be repaid.

In addition, we would like to advise you that the following conditions are not entitled to a refund or exchange under Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394)

  • Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
  • Wrong item is delivered
  • For sanitary and hygienic reasons.

Generally, merchandise returns and replacement is subject to company policy and procedures and it should be coordinated with our authorized representative in our online page or with our Store Manager in the nearest Miniso Outlet.

Refund Policy

In the event that we cancel your order for reason beyond our control, we will refund the amount you paid for the item, net of discounts. For credit card charge back, it may take longer as it will be highly dependent on your credit card issuing bank. We recommend checking your next billing statement for validation.

Accuracy of Information

Our catalogue, website and social media pages may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. As such, we may correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and change or update information at any time without prior notice. Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to pricing and availability, and we may cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability of information.

Limitations on Liability

We, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates or partners, or our/their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees and agents will not be responsible or liable for any ordinary, direct, consequential, incidental, special, punitive or exemplary damages or another losses or liabilities arising out of: (a) use of the Product; (b) delay in delivery of the Product; and (c) breach by independent service providers.

For the Product purchased, your sole remedy, if any, is with the manufacturer or supplier of the Product, in accordance with such manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, or to seek a return or refund for such Products in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy as stated above.

Customer Data & Your Right to Privacy

Your consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data was obtained at the time of submission of your orders. As previously disclosed, your personal data will be used for any or all of the following purposes:

  1. To process, verify, complete and to deliver your purchase/s
  2. To perform such service/s which you may require from us;
  3. To conduct research, analysis and activities such as, but not limited to, data analytics, surveys, product and service development, so we can improve our services or products;
  4. To update and inform you from time to time regarding promotions and our new products or services which you may want to avail of.

 There may be instances when we will share your data to third parties in order to fulfill or complete your transactions with us. These third parties may include our accredited logistics providers, payment gateways, your issuing banks or the financial institutional partners which you chose to facilitate payment for your purchases. Payment gateways maintain their own platforms where you will be requested to provide your personal and financial data in order to process your payment. Although the control of the platform remains with the payment gateway provider, we have requested them to ensure that they have adopt industry standard protocols to keep your data secured.

 Access to your personal data by our authorized personnel is only for the purposes of carrying out the above mentioned legitimate business purposes. We value and respect your right to privacy, we have organizational, physical, technical and security measures in place to keep your personal data secured and protected from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, or similar privacy risks.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Revisions to the Terms of Use

Our Call and Collect/Deliver service will continue to evolve to improve our service. As a result, we may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.
