Item received is incorrect

Order took too long to arrive: I placed the order 11/16, it arrived 12/06. I have sent 2 followup emails to check the order status but didn't get any feedback.
Also, I ordered 2 Ice Bears and 2 Panda: I received 4 Pandas instead.
Quite disappointed with Miniso's service.
